Welcome Home Zoey!!

One of our local FCC families arrived home this weekend with new baby girl and sister! Go here to welcome home Zoey! I remember when they started the process. I was the secretary of FCC then and so I got to process everyone's application. To all of those still waiting - it WILL happen!
